Limited Warranty
Motorola Plus warrants that each new product sold is free from material or workmanship defects under normal consumer usage for a period of one year (except charms, cases, and ear pieces, which have a warranty of thirty days) beginning on the date of the invoice from Motorola Plus or from an authorized Motorola Plus dealer. This warranty is offered exclusively to the initial consumer purchaser and is not transferable.

Motorola Plus shall have no obligation to repair or replace any product resulting from: normal wear, catastrophe, negligence of use such as dropping, improper or unauthorized alterations, repairs, or use of the product in any manner for which it was not designated, or by causes external to the product. This warranty is void if the product label is defaced altered or removed. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for the balance of the original warranty period. All replaced parts or products become the property of Motorola Plus.

Return Policy
Motorola Plus accepts returns on merchandise within thirty days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are not refundable on returned items unless there was an error on behalf of Motorola Plus. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Motorola Plus on returned items unless there was an error on behalf of Motorola Plus.
